The overall aim of JJ's Quality Tours is to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We don't stick rigidly to timetables but, without rushing you, make sure you see as much as possible within the time available. We normally visit an attraction that includes a café. All of our tours include a full commentary and we are more than happy to pick you up and return you to your accommodation. The scenic tours are listed below.

WINE & CRAFTS (Half Day)

After leaving Nelson via its magnificent waterfront visit a number of Nelson's renowned art & craft galleries whilst enjoying the regions beautiful countryside. Taste wine from 2 local vineyards or, if you prefer, stroll around their gardens and browse around the craft outlets on site. The afternoon also includes the world-renowned Hoglunds International Art Glass Gallery and much more! Fantastic scenery & a full commentary throughout!

KAITERITERI BEACH & NGARUA CAVES (Half Day)

Leave Nelson via its magnificent waterfront and head west on the inland road. Pass through the original German settlement of Upper Moutere before climbing the Takaka Hill and experiencing breathtaking views over Tasman Bay. Take a 45min tour through the Ngarua caves and admire the ancient formations and Moa bones, then it's back down to the golden sands of Kaiteriteri and superb views towards Abel Tasman National Park. Enjoy a 10 minute bush walk to the source of the Riwaka River. Pass hops, orchards and vineyards as we return to Nelson along the coastal highway.

GOLDEN BAY, PUPU SPRINGS, NGARUA CAVES & KAITERITERI (Full Day)

Leave Nelson via its waterfront then take the inland road to the original German settlement of Upper Moutere. Pass through Motueka then take in the spectacular views as we climb the Takaka Hill. If you wish take a tour through the Ngarua Caves and admire the ancient formations and Moa bones before continuing our descent into Golden Bay. Visit the natural wonder of Te Waikoropupu Springs before lunch then onto the Abel Tasman memorial at Ligar Bay. Back over 'Marble Mountain' to Kaiteriteri beach then onto Nelson. Full commentary throughout!
